About me
As an Accredited Master Executive Coach, I work with executives, business owners & high potentials, specialising in supporting them through key transition points. My approach enables you to expand your understanding of yourself, your relationships and your organisational context, bringing clarity to illuminate your next steps.
I inhabit the space between business leadership (through my own experience and my Executive MBA), and a place of balance & wellbeing (through my passion for nature & my BSc in Environmental Science). I weave together concepts of the natural world into our sessions to illuminate systemic patterns & responses.
💻 I coach virtually via Zoom (or similar) and in-person, in-nature 🌳
Over the years of coaching, I have supported clients:
- explore next steps into a new career/industry following redundancy or burnout or need for change
- prepare for a return to work following a period of absence (eg. maternity leave, childcare, period of ill health, etc)
- make the pivotal shift from a functional leadership to general management.
- experiencing overwhelm, depleted wellbeing and eroded confidence and self-belief.
- deliver impact as a CEO, MD or member of the senior leadership team.
- lead a challenging period of change for their organisation or functional area.
- navigate complex, dynamic strategic contexts or pressing leadership dilemmas.
- with succession readiness, as they prepare to step into a more expansive role.
- to explore what life might look like in retirement
Having been raised in Switzerland, Japan and Hong Kong, and now based near Berkhamsted, I bring a passion for learning about people’s cultures, backgrounds and experiences. In my spare time, I can be found in her wildlife-friendly garden, enjoying the delicious food of China Town or walking in nature around the Chilterns.
