Supervision details
I provide supervision for individual/freelance coaches and for internal coaches and coaching programmes.
I work face to face at my consulting room in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, and online via Skype, Zoom and MS Teams.
My approach is eclectic and person-centred. I draw on a range of models and frameworks, however Hawkin's and Shohet's 7 Eye model is a firm foundation of my approach. My practice is informed by extensive research into the practice of supervision that I undertook for my MA in coaching with University of Northumbria in 2018, for which I gained a distinction. My practice also informed by models and frameworks from NLP, psychodynamics, Petruska Clarkson, Transpersonal psychology, Egan's Skilled Helper and Solutions Focus. My practice includes experiential approaches, including mindfulness, constellations and nature-based approaches.
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
