✦ MY APPROACH & TRAINING ✦

My work is integrative with Psychodynamic coaching theory at the heart of it, complemented by Humanistic approaches (Gestalt, Person-Centred, Solution-Focused, Transactional Analysis) and additionally Positive Psychology and Cognitive-Behavioural Coaching. I also love to work creatively and with narrative techniques when the opportunity presents itself.

I hold an MSc in Neuroscience and a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Coaching. I have also completed numerous additional trainings in both coaching and counselling. My supervision training includes:

I charge £50 per hour. Please contact me for discounted rates if you're a trainee or newly qualified.

I also have vast experience in advertising, PR, marketing and design, and can offer one-off/brief consultancy appointments for newly established coaches on setting up a successful private practice. Fees are as above.
