Supervision details
Supervision with me is a high-level thinking partnership — warm, rigorous, and rooted in the science of Positive Psychology. It is not a performance review, a coaching session, or a box-ticking exercise. It is a confidential, professionally held space where coaches can pause, reflect, and do the deeper work of their craft.
I am an ICCS accredited supervisor and EMCC Senior Practitioner with over twenty years of coaching and mentoring experience. My approach draws on Positive Psychology not as a buzzword but as a practical lens — exploring your practitioner strengths, building psychological capital, and understanding the science of what keeps coaches effective, ethical, and energised over the long term.
I work with coaches at all stages of their practice — from those building their early hours to experienced practitioners managing complex caseloads. My supervision is particularly well-suited to coaches working in high-demand or emotionally complex environments, including education, leadership, and neurodiversity-focused practice.
What supervision with me offers:
Individual supervision is available on a quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly basis — structured around your caseload and practice rhythm. Group supervision is offered in closed cohorts of four coaches maximum, providing a psychologically safe space for shared reflection and peer insight.
All sessions are confidential, professionally documented, and aligned with EMCC and ICF accreditation requirements. Session records are provided after each meeting to support your ongoing accreditation without additional administrative burden.
A bursary rate of 25% off monthly individual supervision is available for coaches in their first two years of practice.
