Supervision details
Social workers have it. Therapists have it. It's not mandatory for all coaches yet, but supervision should be part of how we show up well.
This isn't about adding more tools to your toolkit. It's about mastering the ones you already have. It's where you consolidate your practice, build confidence in your approach, and manage your own stress so you can show up fully present for your clients.
Supervision is professional hygiene. It's how you stay good and how you become great.
What happens in supervision:
- You unpack the sessions that stay with you: the good ones as well as the challenging ones. You learn from both.
- You explore what's really going on when you feel stuck or uncertain
- You navigate boundaries, ethics, and delicate moments without second-guessing yourself afterwards
- You cultivate the energy and presence your clients deserve
- You address what's happening around your practice: the business demands, the energy management, the patterns that affect how you show up
This is a reflective partnering space where you see how you're actually putting things into practice and where old habits might be limiting your impact.
Pricing:
- Individual supervision: I operate a "pay what you charge" model. You pay your session rate (minimum £110 per session).
- Group Supervision: £50 per session, 5-month minimum commitment.
Reach out if you're ready to hold yourself to the standard you want to deliver.
