Supervision details
My supervision approach is to work in partnership with a coach to explore together best practice and areas of challenge. I enjoy developing confidence in coaches and see my role as a facilitator of learning and insights. I provide a non-judgemental, safe environment focused on self-awareness and continuous improvement, always in the service of the coach's clients.
