I have been offering executive coaching for 15+ years, initially in the public sector and more recently across a range of industry sectors. I qualified as a coach supervisor in September 2021.

My approach is person-centred and facilitative I help individuals to explore where they want to be and how to get there by recognising their strengths, the choices available to them and the things that get in the way.

13 years leadership training and executive coaching since setting up Mary Foster Consulting Ltd in 2007.

Additional information
My coaching, and coaching supervision, fees are between £200-£300 per hour. The number and frequency of sessions will depend on individual need but I recommend 4-6 sessions at monthly intervals.
I run coaching supervision groups (max 6 people) which provide affordable and stimulating professional development for coaches. These run quarterly at £100 per person.
