I have been offering executive coaching for 15+ years, initially in the public sector and more recently across a range of industry sectors.
My specialisms are:

My approach is person-centred and facilitative I help individuals to explore where they want to be and how to get there by recognising their strengths, the choices available to them and the things that get in the way.

11 years leadership training and executive coaching since setting up Mary Foster Consulting Ltd in 2007.

Areas of coaching I deal with
My coaching fees for a face to face session are £200+VAT per hour.
I also offer telephone or Skype coaching at a reduced rate of £150+VAT per hour.
The number and frequency of sessions will depend on individual need but I recommend 4-6 sessions at monthly intervals.
