Neil Williams AC Accredited Coach
I have been focussing on coaching and supervision now for fifteen years and I concentrate in areas which I have experience in including career, retirement, business and leadership coaching.
I have come from a business background, and I appreciate the impact of the highs and lows with 3 different forms of redundancy, and divorce. After 9 years of a portfolio career (including being a Sales Director, Non Executive Director and being an owner of my own coaching company) I am now focusing purely on my own business which I thoroughly enjoy.
I am action centred and results orientated and therefore ideal for keeping people on track when they commit to change whether it be in career, life or their individual action plan. I am confident to challenge and I can also be very supportive. I have been through the various stages of career development, stresses involved and how to balance life and work. I therefore have empathy but also the experience to draw out from you what and how you want to change.
How coaching can help you, and how does my coaching work?
This is an opportunity to take time out and reflect on where you are now and where you want to get to going forward. What is your own vision for the future, what are your values and how important are they to you?
After coaching with me, I believe you will understand yourself a lot more and the impact you have on others.I normally like to meet for a coffee first or at least have a healthy conversation on the telephone or Skype. It is important that we are on the same wavelength and can work together.
Once we have agreed to work together, we will have an intake session (which takes up to two hours) covering a number of exercises to establish what you are looking for and what to focus on first. Further sessions can then be face to face, on the telephone or Skype, whatever works best for you.
What does my coaching cover?
Everything including career, retirement, confidence, life/work balance, establishing what you want to gain from your life and putting together an action plan to achieve. The only thing I don't get involved with is personal relationships coaching. If you want to change, then through my coaching the results do easily follow.
Where does the coaching happen?
Normally in my dining room at home, however I am happy to meet at a suitable venue in London or Tunbridge Wells. We can normally find a suitable time during the week including evenings and Saturday mornings. I have also previously used Skype for clients in both Australia and Bermuda, so whatever suits you!
