There's something on your mind that hasn't quite found its words yet. A change you can feel coming. A decision you keep circling. A version of yourself you're quietly trying to grow into. Whatever it is, you don't need to have it figured out before you speak it. You just need somewhere safe to start.
I'm Vasiliki, an EMCC Global accredited coach and a registered coach with the NHS Leadership Academy. I work with people navigating exactly these moments - inside organisations, and in the life that sits outside them.
Some of the people I coach are CEOs and senior leaders, learning to lead in a way that's genuinely theirs rather than borrowed from someone else's playbook. Others are employees finding where their own growth and their organisation's direction can meet, instead of pulling against each other. And many come to me simply as themselves - moving through retirement, the end of a relationship, a career that no longer fits, or a role they didn't choose but now have to make sense of.
Whichever door you come through, my approach is the same: holistic, unhurried, and built around you rather than a method I apply to everyone. We won't rush to fix anything. We'll start by making room - for the thoughts and ideas you haven't had space for yet.
