About me
Do you feel stuck, drained, or unmotivated in your current job and are wondering what type of work might be a better fit for you?
Do you feel ready for a career change but don’t know where to begin?
Have you been in the same industry for a while and crave a change, but are anxious about starting from scratch again?
Are you looking for ways to make your current job more sustainable while you’re working out next steps?
Do you identify as neurodivergent and are searching for a career or role that might best play to your strengths?
If any of the above resonate, my coaching can help you.
I am a career and personal development coach with a passion for helping people make the most of their talents and craft a sustainable career that aligns with their values and needs. I have a particular interest in supporting women and neurodivergent professionals going through career transitions, especially in mid-life.
I have experienced significant personal and professional transitions, and am fully aware of the emotional and practical complexities of managing change.
I provide a non-judgemental, inclusive, and safe space where you can have the time, support, flexibility, and increased clarity to work out viable and sustainable strategies and solutions for your career development. I bring empathy, energy, and humour to each session, and tailor my approach to meet you where you are in your professional and personal journey.
If you’d love to explore how we could work together, please get in touch to book a free, non-committal online call with me. I look forward to meeting you!
