About me
I am an ICF-accredited coach with over four years of professional experience supporting individuals to gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their personal and professional lives. I specialise in working with clients from creative backgrounds, including those in the arts, media, and education, and bring a deep understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges they face.
My own background in acting, writing, and education informs my coaching approach, allowing me to connect with clients in a way that is both empathetic and practical. I create a supportive, collaborative space where clients explore their goals, navigate transitions, increase self awareness, and achieve lasting and sustained change for the better in their personal and professional lives.
Alongside my associate work, I run an independent coaching practice offering both online and in-person sessions, providing flexibility to suit individual needs.
I believe that coaching is a powerful process. It is not transactional. It is transformational.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an ICF accredited coach at ACC level, currently working towards PCC level.
I have a diploma in Personal Development Coaching from the Coaching Academy and am certified as an NLP Practitioner also by the Coaching Academy.
I am an associate coach with The Centre for Ecology and Hydrology
I am a resident Coach at Wellbeing In The Arts
I have a busy private practice working predominantly with people from a creative background.
Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
