About me
Executive, Performance and Life Coaching:
My work offers protected time for people who sense that the way they are living or working no longer aligns — whether that shows up in their career, their relationships, or in the day‑to‑day challenges of ADHD, anxiety, low motivation, or diminishing confidence and self‑esteem. Sometimes it’s burnout, tension, conflict, or uncertainty. Sometimes it’s a quiet awareness that something needs to shift.
Sessions provide a steady, grounded space to explore what’s beneath the surface, reconnect with meaning, and move toward greater happiness, clarity, and personal direction. This is a space for genuine personal development, where you can safely think aloud, understand patterns, and make sense of what’s been getting in the way. I help you imagine a a future that feels authentic and sustainable, and build a plan that supports real, lasting change.
How Sessions Work:
- 60 minutes, online or in-person
- Regular meetings every 2–4 weeks
- Usually arranged as a series of 6–12 sessions
- The space is confidential and abides to the Global Code of Ethics
What This Can Support:
- Feeling clearer and more settled in yourself
- Understanding stress, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue
- Strengthening personal boundaries, confidence and relationships.
- Navigating change with more steadiness
- Reconnecting with meaning and direction
- Making choices that feel grounded and intentional
