About us
I’m a Clinical Psychologist and ADHD Coach with over 20 years’ experience and I have ADHD myself. This gives me both professional expertise and personal experience of the challenges and strengths ADHD can bring.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical, helping you understand how your brain works so you can get the best from it. I work with adults, parents, teens, schools, and those navigating menopause alongside ADHD.
