About me

Helping you find your way back to yourself

I work with women who feel they’ve drifted from the centre of their own lives. This can happen during periods of change such as career shifts, perimenopause, bereavement, separation, or relocation, but it can also arise more quietly when life has simply become too full, overwhelming, or no longer feels fully aligned.

My role is to offer a steady space where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. Together we explore what has shifted, what you need now, and what a more grounded and meaningful way forward might look like.

How coaching can help

Many clients come to me when they feel uncertain about who they are now, what direction to take, or how to balance competing responsibilities. Coaching provides a structured and compassionate space to untangle complexity, hear your own voice again, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Benefits of working with me

Together, we identify practical strategies, strengthen self-trust, and build sustainable ways of moving forward. Clients often describe leaving sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more able to navigate the challenges and opportunities of life with steadiness and perspective.

Areas of coaching I deal with

Other areas of coaching I deal with

I specialise in coaching through life transitions: the beginnings, messy middles, and endings. I work with people navigating changes that are unwanted and unexpected, as well as those that are chosen and anticipated. This includes both individual transitions and collective upheavals, as well as “unlived” transitions; the paths not taken that continue to shape us. Examples include:

  • Living through loss and reorientation
  • Rebuilding after collective upheavals
  • Shifting careers, moving countries, or exploring retirement and elderhood
  • Experiencing peri-menopause and sensing a deeper re-evaluation of life
  • Navigating transitions that feel invisible to others but are deeply impactful for example, late-diagnosed ADHD/Autism
  • Considering parenthood, or making peace with its absence
  • Adjusting to changing health or abilities
