With 10 years in Law and working in the Corporate and charitable sector, I made the change into Professional and Personal development training to utilise my passion of helping people making positive change. As a qualified practitioner in NLP (neuro-lingusitc programming) these principles are used alongside popular behavioural change techniques as core foundations to help you achieve your development goals, both personally and professionally.
With CIPD learning in People Management and Development my area of focus is also in training for personal growth in the corporate space. I have created a 6-step career transition programme to empower and direct you to make the leap into the next phase of your life.
The relationship between client and coach is a key foundation to facilitating successful change. I create a safe, judgement-free environment that is uplifting and empowering.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
