About me
Hi I'm Sarah, an accredited coach and counsellor specialising in delivering game changing coaching to individuals, organisations and charities. I guide people from all walks of life on their journey of exploration, personal fulfilment, progress and happiness.
My skills and expertise in charities garnered from over 25 years of experience in the sector, has enabled me to support numerous organisations and individuals towards more effective and purposeful futures. I have had the opportunity to work with diverse causes and am an experienced and accomplished charity consultant, leader, strategist and fundraiser.
More recently my career has had a strong focus on wellbeing and mental health within charities and especially that of children and young people who are facing unparalleled challenges and complexities in the world today. My passion has been to support these young people to achieve their ambitions and in improving their communication, self-confidence and resilience.
An accredited coach and counsellor, I support charities, organisations, projects and private clients. I am proud to work as a Wellbeing Coach for Macmillan Cancer Support and a Crisis Counsellor for Shout! on a long-term basis.

Training, qualifications & experience
- Level 3 Counsellor, currently training towards Level 5 (degree level).
- BA Hons Sociology 2:1, York University.
- Diploma in Transformational Coaching, Animas Centre for Coaching.
- Certificate in the Science of Wellbeing, Yale University
- 20+ years working in the charitable sector, fundraising, consulting, mentoring.
- 5 years focussed coaching experience including life and wellbeing coaching of individuals, companies, charities, schools.

Free initial online session
Additional information
Free discovery session then £60 per session / £170 for 3 sessions/ £330 for recommended minimum programme of 6 sessions. For one-off sessions or bespoke packages please get in touch.
