I help ambitious professionals, leaders and business owners grow their careers while creating balance in life. With over 25+ years of experience both as a leader , business owner and executive coach, I guide clients to build confidence, self belief, sharpen skills and achieve fulfilling success. I coach clients to move from self-doubt to clarity and back to thriving. The coaching service I provide is a wrap around one with unlimited support online inbetween our sessions.
I coach a variety of clients who come to me for different reasons wanting different results. Most recently clients have come to me for help in becoming a better leader, small business coaching, wanting to make career changes, go for promotion internally and working through challenges they have handling different personalities in their current role. Additionally, I have leaders who come to me who want to develop their own coaching and mentoring skills for their team. I also support any one who is wanting to take a passion project or side hussle into a more formal profitable business as well as business owners/founders who want an external sounding board to support the next phase of their organisational growth.
Today, my mission is to help leaders, professionals, and business owners grow into confident, inspiring, and effective leaders - balancing performance with purpose, career with wellbeing, and success with fulfilment.
I have a wealth of over 25 years experience across a variety of industries, as well as a high level of formal certification for coaching which demands continual focus on my own CPD. Through decades of this work, I have learnt to truly empower my clients to live life to the full. Not only will we work together to identify your goals, we will accelerate the speed at which you move towards achieving them via a simple plan of action.
The process
Firstly, we will meet for your free consultation (allow an hour). This is both for you to find out if you would like to work with me, and for me to understand you, your needs and to assess if I am best person to help you (this is only fair, and if I feel you are better suited to another coach, I will refer you).
Next, I will suggest the best coaching package for you - which maybe a short Refocus & Reboot or for longer term or big changes a longer lasting programme over a few months. By designing a programme to suit your unique characteristics, we pave the way for the best outcome possible. I will help grow your confidence in bringing your ideas to life, both in your personal and professional lives. My pragmatic support and high-energy encouragement will help you work towards getting where you want to be. I am in continual contact with you from the moment we start working together. You will probably get homework from the first intial consult.This passion is instilled in my clients, all of whom experience and witness the countless benefits and lifestyle changes resulting from my work with them. I am in regular contact still with clients I stopped formally coaching many years ago. Once a client always a client.

Things You Should Know About Me
Early in my career as an accountant in U.S. corporate life, I worked alongside remarkable leaders who inspired me with their calm confidence and ability to thrive under pressure. They showed me what was possible - and set me on a lifelong journey to become that kind of leader.
Now, with 25+ years of experience, I bring both professional and personal perspective to my coaching. Along the way I have:
- Qualified as both an Accountant (CIMA) and Professional Coach (ICF)
- Held senior leadership roles and built 2 businesses
- Coached, mentored, and trained countless leaders and high performing teams
- Written two books on career development (Own It) and Leadership (The Evergreen Executive)
- Hosted a podcast for several years
- Completed an Ironman (yes the hardest thing I have ever done when I couldnt even swim front crawl when I entered it!)
- Raised two sons and now enjoy a large blended family with six wonderful grandsons ranging from 22 to 3 months (a time of writing this)
Life hasn't always been smooth - I've navigated divorce, reinvention and new beginnings. These experiences, alongside my professional journey, have shaped my coaching style: practical, empathetic and focused on real results.
Outside of coaching, you will often find me on the golf course (still harder than triathlon was!) enjoying great food or exploring new places.
About You
My clients know they need to make changes, and although they don't know how to just yet, they are willing to work to find out.
They often have deep-rooted dreams which require exploration in order to create the next steps to achieve them.
A common characteristic amongst my clients is that they thrive from challenges! Instead of seeing them as problems and negative parts of life, they consider them opportunities and a means to progress and learn. If this isn't you, but wish it was - don't worry! Working with me will change that!
My clients are happy to acknowledge and take responsibility for their own life. They know that they are in control of their own destiny, and so are ready to do something about it. Even if they haven't done so in such a way before.
They also recognise the power of being accountable and supported by a coach in order to drive action, whether that is reaching career goals, hitting work targets, or simply creating the life they desire professionally and/or personally. Even us coaches have our own coaches to support us.

Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Free initial in-person, telephone or online session
Additional information
Your initial coaching consultation is free of charge. If we then decide to work together. I will tailor a package just for you to create the best chance of success for your unique characteristics. In addition to the agreed one-to-one sessions, you will also get my support as your coach in between our meetings.
Face to face or online packages available
The price will be dependent on the most suitable package for your goals, and will be discussed at the end of the initial consultation if we both feel we are a good fit to work together.
Payment is usually made upfront, although instalments can be arranged by request.

I was fortunate in my early career to work alongside some remarkable leaders during my years as an accountant and finance manager for a US Corporate. They made leadership look effortless even in high pressure situations. Calm, confident, and inspired they loved what they did. I knew then: I wanted to be that kind of leader.
Over 25 years later, that journey has shaped not only my career but also who I am today. I continue to meet inspiring people all the time.
