About me
My main love in life is helping people find success, peace of mind, and ultimately a little more happiness. I provide down to earth, strategic life coaching, in person or online.
Through life coaching,, I help people adapt, find the ways to get the most of their situation and get healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Life coaching with me can:
- Build Confidence and Self Esteem
- Improve Goal setting and achievement
- Reduce Stress Levels
- Find the balance between work and home life
- Improve relationships
- Improve health and well being
My key beliefs are:
- The gift of being truly listened to is one of the best to give and receive
- Everyone needs space to allow them to think for themselves, and think clearly.
- Everyone is capable of achieving great things
- Everyone should be in control of their own lives
- Change, even the unimaginable, is possible with the right ingredients
- You know the solutions to your problems, you just need the space and attention to discover them
- To live life, as the best version of ourselves, we must each nourish our own needs without fear of judgement or guilt.
People say their experience of coaching with me is:
A comfortable conversation, not feeling like they are having an intervention …. Gentle nudges in the right direction …. Taking their complex, cluttered thoughts, and pinpointing the truth of what’s going on, making the way forward feel simple …. That someone is genuinely interested and cares about what they do.

Additional information
My standard charges are:
£45 per 1 hour session in Reepham or Online (Zoom or other video messaging services)
Coaching prices vary considerably, and it is often assumed that you are paying for experience and quality. This is not necessarily the case. My charges reflect my desire to deliver high quality, evidence-based, coaching in an affordable and accessible way. I am a qualified coach, with over 700 hours of coaching experience. I believe it is something that everyone can benefit from on a regular basis, like having your hair cut or a massage. It is not something that is only for celebrities and executives.
I offer flexibility with how you book and pay for your sessions because different people need different approaches. I recognise that you might feel more comfortable with a flexible, pay as you go approach, which enables you to choose how frequent the sessions will be and how many sessions you will have based on your individual circumstances. I also recognise that you may wish to make a commitment to yourself, and that gifting yourself a set number of sessions will enable you to get the best out of this coaching experience:
Pay as you go. You book the sessions on a flexible basis, to enable you to fit them into your life with no commitment. You pay for each session in advance. (£45 per session)
Blocks of 3 or 6 sessions. You book a set number of sessions at the outset, enabling you to make a commitment to yourself and the coaching process. You will pay for the block of sessions in advance, and all sessions need to be used within 6 months of the invoice date. (£135 for 3 sessions and £270 for 6 sessions).
