About me
I work with women navigating multiple roles and responsibilities who sense there could be a more grounded and intentional way of living and working.
Perhaps you would like to increase confidence or deal with a sense of imposter syndrome. Many clients reach out because they are going through a period of change, personal or professional, and they want to reconnect with their voice and boundaries. Much of the stress we experience is not just about time or workload, but about identity: who we are across contexts, and how those parts of us sit together.
Through whole-person, identity-informed coaching, I help you pause, reflect, and regain clarity. Together, we create space for you to articulate what matters, strengthen your sense of authority, and make decisions that feel aligned, rather than reactive. Ultimately, you will find a compassionate path to support those you love and sustain yourself.
Identity coaching is a powerful appraoch to expanding possibilities. It enables both outer actions and inner growth leading to long-term results. I believe people carry more possibility than they sometimes see in themselves. When environments or experiences create doubt or misalignment, that sense of possibility can narrow. With intentional space and support, it can re-emerge. That is why I do this work.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Guildhall Advanced Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring (EMCC-accredited at Practitioner level), and a Level 3 Certificate with Distinction in Child Coaching through Oxford Learning. I have been coaching since 2019 and undertake regular supervision and continuing professional development in line with EMCC standards.
Alongside my coaching practice, I draw on lived experience across multiple roles including leadership, parenting, caring responsibilities, research, teaching, mentoring, and performance.
My approach draws on research into professional identity and how it evolves across life and work. I support clients to explore who they are across contexts, helping you strengthen coherence, authority, and alignment in both personal and professional spheres.
