Hi, I'm Phil, and I coach professionals in the manufacturing industry who are at the time in their life where they are finding that their career has plateaued and that the enjoyment from their job has been lost.
Creating the framework and a growth mindset that enables First-Time Leaders to move forward with confidence, and empowering Senior Leaders to re-ignite their ambition and thrive in the next stage of their career.
My coaching is based on positive psychology, so I will be working with you to ensure you can find the way forward which gives you long-term benefits.
A key element to my coaching is building on the current experiences and successes, and breaking the cycle of habits which are no longer serving you any benefit.

I am a qualified coach, backed up with 30 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and have been part of the senior leadership teams in different organisations for 15 years.

Through my career, I have become a Chartered Engineer, a Chartered Quality Professional and a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.
Through the experiences I have had during my career, I have been able to transition into being a reputable coach, and I take pride in what I can offer to others.
Member organisations
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Free initial online session
Additional information
The discovery session which is typically 30-40 mins is free.
Session pricing depends on what the client is trying to achieve from the coaching, so it can range from 2, 4 or 6 sessions.
A proposal will be provided after the discovery session for the client to decide if they want to proceed with the coaching.
