About me
- Working with professional women, frustrated that less qualified people are overtaking them, to help them learn how to ensure the right people know their value, so next time it's their turn.
- Working with late-diagnosed ADHD adults to help them understand the challenges that have held them back so they can harness their strengths to reach their potential.
As a late-diagnosed ADHD woman myself, I know how it feels post-diagnosis to think 'so now what?'. And to run through your life up to this point and realise how much ADHD has impacted things, but not knowing how to change things going forward. It's hard to do that on your own. But with a qualified ADHD coach by your side, you can shortcut a lot of the learning and speed up the process by which you learn how to harness your strengths and thrive.
I also spent 25 years working in a very large pharma corporation, so I know how the corporate career machine works, and what it takes to get the opportunities. Many of us women are not taught those things, or even worse, raised NOT to do those things.
I care very much about people, ADHD or not, being recognised for their value and contributions and having the opportunities to thrive.

I started coaching about 10 years ago as an internal coach in my then employer. After taking redundancy, I decided to add more in-depth training and establish my own coaching practice. In addition to coaching, I also work with a couple of organisations, delivering leadership training, running workshops and events.
Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Fees
£100.00 - £200.00
Additional information
Fees vary depending on the number of sessions booked/contracted.
Payment terms are that sessions be paid in advance. I don't demand the full package to be paid in a lump sum, just that a session is paid for before it happens.
For clients not able to do instant internet bank transfers, I can provide a secure third-party link to pay by credit/debit card.
Further information
I am based in the furthest reaches of SW London on the Surrey border. For local clients, I would be happy to meet in person. I mainly work online via Teams or Zoom or similar.
I tend to book a package of sessions with a client, and between sessions I am happy to offer support by email, WhatsApp, or phone check-ins.
Clients describe me as someone able to help them untie knotty problems, who asks that question that makes them stop and think differently, and who helps them believe they can achieve their goals.
