Testimonials

Alice, NHS

"Paul was a very approachable, understanding and professional coach. He was able to help me identify some specific areas I wanted to work on as a new manager. I learnt a lot about myself, and my management style, and have noticed improvements in both my confidence as a manager and my ability to have difficult conversations"

Sabine, NHS

"I was recommended to Paul as a coach when I wanted to explore professional challenges within my line management role that were also impacting my personal life.  Paul demonstrated a high level of professionalism, he was consistently punctual, kind, and fully present. Paul brought a range of tools into the sessions, using them thoughtfully to support the effectiveness of the coaching process. Overall, this was a highly positive experience, and I would strongly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a coach who combines professionalism, insight, and genuine care”
