Thanks for visiting my page, if you are looking for a career or life change coach I hope I can be of assistance.
I have over 25 years' experience working in Coaching, Training, Human Resources and Organisational Development across various sectors, as both consultant and an in-house expert. In short, my goal is to enable my clients to realise their potential. My experience, qualifications, expertise and techniques are the foundations upon which I work (more below), but they mean little without the ability to guide my clients in releasing any barriers that may be holding them back. To fully tap into the resources that already exist within themselves. Resources such as their own inner strength, wisdom, transferable skills and resilience.
I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life and career, and my role is to help my clients unbind from any tethers that may be limiting them from achieving that goal.

- Over 25 years' experience working in Coaching, Training, HR & OD.
- ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring.
- Certified Practitioner of NLP.
- Member of the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council).
- Qualified Vocational Assessor (Leadership & Management).
- BA (Hons) European Business Studies (2:1)
- MSc Human Resource Management.
