About me

Update: When the restrictions are lifted I look forward to once again meeting you face to face (practising social distance of course) on the beautiful Downs in Bristol. A walk and talk is a very refreshing and powerful way to be coached!

“In such a short time you have made the most significant impact on my life.”

I offer practical, personal coaching on a range of aspects from confidence to motivation and decision-making, to building back self-esteem and finding your true purpose. Whether it’s that you need more ‘oomph’ or va-va voom in your life or you’re looking to feel more settled within yourself, I can help.

If you've gone down all the routes of self-help books, free webinars and coaching tools and actually want a real person listening to you, then do get in touch! A one-to-one with me can hold you accountable, I hear the words you are saying and hold that up to you as a mirror. No judgement.

A free consultation, with no obligation, is available via Zoom/Skype, phone or a walk and talk on the Downs or by the harbourside in Bristol when we are allowed to meet again.

Throughout my coaching career people have told me that 'I get to the root of things pretty damned quick'.

All my work is underpinned by powerful and yet subtle N.L.P. techniques and I also draw on a range of other strategies; from the wise words of James Clear to Brené Brown and the brilliant Matt Haig.

You may be interested in my coaching package that specialises in building (or rebuilding!) your confidence.

If you'd like to chat over what you are looking for, please do get in touch to see how we might work together.
