About me
I offer ADHD coaching, specialising in late-diagnosed ADHD and AuDHD adults or those still figuring it out. Understanding why things have been so hard is the first step. Working out how to turn that into action and positive changes is where I come in.
Most of my clients come to me because something has stopped working. Either the pressure and last-minute panic tactics are no longer effective, or a change in life circumstances has left them struggling in unexpected ways.
If you've spent years wondering why you can't do what everyone else seems to manage, are exhausted from trying to keep it together, but haven't found what works yet, coaching can help.
