With over 35 years experience in the recruitment industry and having worked with some amazing individuals, I have seen the best of leaders and unfortunately those not so good, however the biggest difference has been the ability and willingness to change whilst also being given the opportunity and support to change.

- Mindset over Tactics: emphasise that "forcing positive thinking" rarely works. Instead, the philosophy is built on an honest look at what keeps a person stuck, often automatic, ingrained negative thinking patterns designed for "safety" that actually limit growth.
- The "Five-Minute" Strategy: A hallmark of my approach is providing actionable strategies to pull oneself out of negative spirals quickly, focusing on immediate cognitive shifts.
