For the last twenty years, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, human development, and the art of deep listening. Today, I coach leaders, creatives, and teams who want more than quick fixes or productivity hacks. They come to me because they want to think more clearly, lead more consciously, and operate with the kind of presence that actually changes things.
My approach blends a systemic view of organisations with the discipline and sensitivity I’ve cultivated from a lifelong passion for music and high-fidelity recording. I’ve learned that the way we “hear” the world the way we perceive nuance, emotion, and complexity mirrors the way we lead. Excellent leadership, like great music, is never just about the notes; it’s about the space around them, the intention behind them, and the courage to create something meaningful.
Clients describe our work together as both grounding and expansive. I help them slow down at the right moments and speed up at the correct times. We explore patterns in their thinking, the ecosystems they operate within, the assumptions that shape their decisions, and the possibilities that open when they shift perspective. I don’t sell pre-packaged solutions. I help them see their world differently and once you see differently, you act differently.

My individual coaching sessions range between £150 and £350, depending on the depth and focus of the work. Longer-term programmes are available for clients who want sustained change or leadership development over several months. Corporate coaching and team engagements follow a separate structured proposal.
I keep my pricing fair, transparent, and aligned with recognised UK coaching standards, and I’m always happy to discuss what structure best supports your goals.
