Sometimes you just need to stop, take a breath and look at what’s in front of you, before you can move forward.
What is it that needs to change for you to become the person that you want to be?
Sometimes we need to untangle what’s before us and try to make sense of it before we can move forward.
My coaching can provide you with that safe and confidential space to be able to bring about the change you want to become the person that you need to be.
We are all complex beings full of experiences, emotions, thoughts, and aspirations. When I coach, I don't just address the 'what' of your issue; I’ll delve into the 'who' behind it.
Imagine a garden. You don't just tend to a wilting flower by watering it; you nurture the soil, ensure it’s in the right position, and protect it from pests.
Similarly, in coaching, I nurture you as a person, not just your issue.
When we see the whole person, we don't just solve problems – we transform lives.
Hi, I’m Michael, a credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation and a Board Member for the North West Region in the UK. I have 30+ years of background in Automotive Engineering, Sales, Sales Management, Finance, Banking, Coaching, and Mentoring. I am also a member of the Association of Business Mentors and part qualified Hypnotherapist.
I have built businesses and brands and created and launched products within businesses to meet business objectives and needs. I have managed a bank branch and built and managed sales teams.
I typically coach and mentor around; leadership and people management, mindset, and life engineering.
I take an integrated approach to coaching and mentoring, meeting you where you are. You lead our sessions, it is a time for you to speak, to be listened to and heard. My role is to help you to navigate to where you want to get to.
My portfolio of clients includes and has included: the professions (lawyers/solicitors, accountants, doctors/NHS, teachers), actors, authors, sales professionals (various industries), C-Suite, Senior and Middle Managers, Small, and Medium-sized businesses, consultants, Professional Sports People and, Coaches.
As well as a Coach, I am a husband and dad to three grown-up children. I have also been widowed, divorced, made redundant, and started my own business.

The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

FEES
Coaching is bespoke to you so the price that you pay will be determined by the type of coaching you are looking for and the frequency. Sessions are 45-60 minutes in duration.
Corporate/Team Coaching is more bespoke so if this is what you are looking for, please get in touch and we can discuss your requirements in more detail. This is more appropriate, but not limited to Executive coaching, team coaching, and professional development of employees.
