About me

Would you like to use the ‘pause’ of lockdown to start exploring how you can be ready for the life you want to live?

This break in routine could signal the perfect opportunity to delve deep into your default behaviours and natural responses; gently learning more about yourself and how you might want to, safely, change things.

If you make the most of this pause, then, when life does pick up again, you’ll have gained insight into, and practiced the skills you need, to:

o   Find the strength and resilience to deal with what life throws at you
o   Be motivated and committed to live how you really want to

I love helping people to explore themselves and discover what they need in order to live fulfilling lives.

I pay close attention to what is expressed and use various coaching and creative tools and techniques to help what is hidden or difficult to express to emerge safely. Then new possibilities and choices become available and we can work out the best way for you to move forward.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and their Coaching division.

Training, qualifications & experience

I’ve been counselling and coaching since 2005 and am trained in psychology, person-centred counselling, life coaching, neurolinguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy with mindfulness, creative therapy and clean language.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
