About me
I am an experienced coach and facilitator with over a decade of experience in learning and people development. I hold a BA Hons. Social Anthropology, an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Management Coaching and an ADHD Coaching Certificate, dual-accredited by the Association for Coaching and Universal Coaching Alliance.
Whilst I offer life coaching more generally, I have a special interest in and personal experience of neurodivergence, ADHD/AuDHD. Diagnosed with combined-type ADHD in my 50s, and identifying as having AuDHD, I am deeply familiar with the territory of late diagnosis and have a lifetime of lived experience to share and draw upon. I offer one-to-one coaching with individuals who are diagnosed, awaiting diagnosis, self-diagnosed or anyone needing to understand, advocate for or care for another. I value the chance to work with anyone, including those who identify as different, alternative, subcultural, creatives or neurodivergent.
I also offer coaching to sole traders and small businesses, drawing on my experience in management coaching, team development and running businesses as a neurodivergent person.
My coaching practice is founded on a person centred, collaborative and holistic approach, empowering you to manage the uncertainty, anxiety and chaos that life with ASD/ADHD/AuDHD can bring. I can help you to explore and articulate how the symptoms and traits manifest in your life and talk through how to recognise, accept and manage them. I offer a safe and unique space for personal exploration, reflection and creative growth.

Training, qualifications & experience
With a degree in Social Anthropology, I have always been fascinated by people, cultures and human interaction. I have travelled widely including in parts of Turkey, North Africa, India and Southeast Asia. I spent many years in higher education and worked as a departmental administrator and liaison officer, supporting both mature and school-leaver undergraduates. This developed a strong foundation in supporting diverse needs, navigating systems and empowering individuals to thrive. I went on to lead adult education and Skills for Life programmes with the trade unions, before focusing more fully on leadership and behavioural development, coaching, and team development. I have worked with individuals and teams at all levels in the UK and Saudi Arabia, both in-house and as an external consultant.
Outside coaching, I am a passionate horticulturist and have run my own gardening business in West Sussex, specialising in the pruning and training of specimens and the development of herbaceous borders and pleasure gardens. I served as Head Gardener at St Mary’s House at Bramber for two years. I’m also a keen guitarist and have played lead in punk rock covers band No Ambition, gigging for 9 years.
