I am a coach with over 25 years experience as a coach, hypnotherapist and NLP trainer. I work with all sorts of people who have all sorts of goals.

Starting by listening to your story, I use an eclectic mix of tools and techniques to help you identify, define and achieve your goals.

Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnotherapy, Certified Timeline Therapy, Certified Stress Counsellor and Stress Counsellor Trainer, Post Grad Diploma in HR Management focusing on people development.
Following a background in Manufacturing and R&D, I have spent over 25 years as a training and development professional and coach working at a strategic level with individuals throughout the UK.
I taught Management Development at Manchester Metropolitan University and recently co-authored ‘’How to Build an Ark’ A guide to project leadership in the 21st century.’ And ‘Evolve or Die. The ultimate self-help book.’ Both these books are available to buy from Amazon.
