For over twenty years I have worked with individuals and teams in Latin America and the UK in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, energy, media and service industries, helping my clients to successfully navigate change and challenge, whether it be personal, organisational or cultural, in order to improve and transform the quality of their lives.
As an accomplished coach, Gestalt therapies professional, intercultural specialist and astrologer, I combine practical coaching and Gestalt techniques with a deep cultural knowledge of communications across borders, and the ancient wisdom of astrology and archetypes to make a valuable impact on the people and who work with me.
As an intercultural specialist I help people to adapt to life, work and business in other cultures, and to work more effectively with people from very diverse mindsets. Having lived for extensive periods of time in The UK, Europe and Latin America my clients gain unique insights and core competencies through my cultural integration programmes which focus on bridging cultural mindsets, and effective communication among global and virtual teams.
I work virtually in English or Spanish and live between Marlow and Barcelona.

Additional information
I offer a half hour free meeting, so that we can discuss your issue and decide on a way forward. With life-coaching clients, I prepare and include an astrological chart and recommend a minimum of 3 sessions over a period of 3 months.
