I qualified as a personal and professional coach with Barefoot Coaching in 2017 and have been building up my experience ever since with individuals and teams.
I use a range of coaching techniques to help clients think differently, navigate challenges and make the changes they want to make. Often it's the smallest adjustment that can make the biggest difference.
