About me
Life Coach, Founder of Interculture CIC & ADHD/Neurodiversity Trainer. EDI And Allyship Specialist.
I pride myself on being a compassionate, direct life coach and the founder of Interculture CIC. With over 20 years of experience in personal development and a unique perspective as an entrepreneur with ADHD, I offer tailored coaching for anyone looking to move forward in their personal or professional lives. I have a special interest in and lived expertise around neurodivergence, including ADHD, and use these insights to help individuals navigate their unique challenges and strengths.
My coaching focuses on identifying personal struggles, forgiving yourself for them, and being kinder both in your internal and external dialogue. I work with clients to reduce self-criticism, over-apologizing, and self-deprication, encouraging them to embrace their strengths and use them to thrive. Whether you’re seeking to build confidence, improve your life balance, or break through barriers, my coaching provides the support and guidance you need to make lasting progress.
With my experience as a neurodivergent entrepreneur, I draw from my own journey to offer practical, empathetic, and non-judgmental coaching that helps clients move forward with a renewed sense of self-worth and purpose.
