I'm Lisa, a Certified Coach, NLP Practitioner and Qualified Counsellor. I work intuitively and integrate my approach which is an essential element in my work. I support my clients to resolve obstacles and provide an empowering framework to make positive change in their life.

Let me reassure you. You are not alone, I've been where you are and so have the many clients that I've been honoured to work with over the years. I'm passionate about helping clients gain clarity to move their lives forward into an exciting future, and I would like to do the same for you.

Working together?

I offer individual and block coaching sessions, whichever feels right for you. I will be right there offering support, encouragement and just the right side of accountability. I create a safe, compassionate space for our work that enables you to be courageous in finding your path.

I also offer Time Line Therapy™. Regarded as one of THE most effective methods for creating quick and lasting change for an individual for the removal of negative emotions and limiting decisions. Time Line Therapy™ is a powerful therapy which allows you to move forward free from Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt and Guilt.

Time Line Therapy™ is a process that helps you to:

​I invite you to work with me from my private practice based near Romsey. On a nice day we can walk through the beautiful countryside. I also offer video and phone coaching, should you prefer.

I'm also a counsellor in an independent community counselling service situated in Hampshire. The service is available for adults and offers an opportunity to reflect on life and understand life issues.

Coaching in Person, Video or Phone. Each session is 60/75 minutes of personal coaching. You may book as many sessions or blocks of sessions as you prefer, subject to availability. 

Individual Coaching Sessions  - £55.00 
Block of Four Sessions              - £215.00, payable in advance 
Block of Six Sessions                 - £315.00, payable in advance 

Time Line Therapy™ Session - £120.00 (allow 2.5/3 hours)
