Hello! My name is Leona, and I'm an EMCC-accredited coach and writer. I work with people whose careers look great on paper, but who privately wonder if something's missing.

I know firsthand what it feels like to hit every milestone and still feel like you're chasing something you can't name. I've spent seven years working at the intersection of people and systems, and throughout that time, I noticed the same pattern: capable people progressing successfully, yet quietly questioning whether any of it felt fulfilling.

That tension between external success and internal clarity is what draws me to coaching. If it feels familiar, you're in the right place.

What coaching with me feels like and what we work on

I'm warm but honest. We'll start by really setting the scene together - your story, where you are, what's quietly pulling at you. From there, I might challenge you, offer different angles, and help you think about yourself in ways you might not have considered before. We'll spend time exploring your values, your energisers, and your beliefs because I believe when you understand who you are, you stop chasing and can really start choosing.

What matters to me

• Staying curious. I'm always reading, reflecting, and questioning. It feeds everything I write and every conversation I have.
• Creating space. The best thinking happens when people feel genuinely heard. That's what I try to build.

• Finding a different angle. I'm drawn to the reframe that shifts how something feels.
• Embracing the full picture. I don't think we're meant to be just one thing.

A chemistry call with me is always free. A relaxed half hour to learn a bit more about each other before you commit to anything.

I offer two packages:

Career Strategy Session: £80 (60 minutes) / £120 (90 minutes)

A deep, focused session for when you're stuck, questioning your direction, or simply need space to think it through with someone who will challenge you, not just validate you.

We'll unpack where you are, challenge the assumptions shaping your decisions, and get to what's actually going on beneath the surface.

This isn't about fixing your CV. It's about understanding what you actually want next.

Career Reset: £300

Four sessions give us time to go beneath the surface and understand not just what you want to do next, but who you're becoming and why that matters.

We'll explore your values, beliefs, and identity shifts, and what's quietly driving your decisions. Work at your pace, towards your next chapter.
