Aha Integral Coaching is uniquely able to wake you up to ALL that you are - psyche and Spirit - by integrating all the insights you experience to achieve deep and lasting happiness.
Aha coaching reaches parts that purely psychological coaching or therapy can and does not. It produces transformation and not mere change by answering the fundamental question of why you suffer and what you can do about it. Deep inquiry stimulates your own insights so that you can transform your world without any contradiction from outside 'authority'.
YOU are the author of your life. YOU are the only authority needed. Look what a hash society has made of things. Its recipe for happiness is: find a career, partner, money, prestige. Yet what happens when we achieve these things? The momentary thrill of attainment soon disappears as we settle back into a life of restlessness, nursing inside the vague feeling of something missing.
The service I provide is a very intimate, no-holds-barred coach/client alliance that leads you to your own inner guide, the INtuition that you learn to trust to guide you. Your guide lifts you above identification with a tiny, mad ego mind to the transcendental realms of peace and Love that are your true birthright.
Transcending the ego mind is the only path to freedom and lasting happiness. Until you get to know and receive insights from ALL of your self – body, mind, soul and Spirit, you will always be controlled by fear and not Love which is what you ARE in Truth.
So, whether you are an individual or a couple, escape the hell of ego and find the only path to lasting happiness and inner peace. My own path is A Course in Miracles but I will work with anyone who has seen through the ego con that is “self-development” and wants to awaken to their true nature as the eternal Love of the One Self.
