Laura Constantinescu, BSc, MSc, PgDip
I am a Certified Life Coach and Chartered Counselling Psychologist and I work with motivated and driven people who want to make a difference and move forward in their life, but who feel stuck and like something is holding them back.
Maybe they suffer from Imposter Syndrome, feeling like they will be 'found out' any moment. Maybe they lack overall confidence in their skills and their abilities. Maybe they struggle with stress or burnout, struggling to juggle work, family, and to establish a good work-life balance. Maybe they are such perfectionists that they became master procrastinators and hesitate to take action. They are interested in their personal growth and might already have tried moving forward by taking courses or reading self-development books, but so far it hasn't brought them the results they were hoping for.
Does any of that sound like you? If any of this seems familiar then I'd love to help you to get unstuck and get back to feeling in charge and like you're moving forward again.
Through coaching, I can help you to:
- increase your self-awareness and understanding of what 'makes you tick'
- re-discover your confidence
- overcome perfectionism and procrastination
- beat overwhelm and break your goals down into manageable steps
- establishing a healthy work-life balance to reduce stress and avoid burnout
In my work with coaching clients I draw on my experience as both a Psychologist and therapist, and as a leader of large international teams in corporate settings. As a result of my experience in these areas I offer a unique perspective because I can look at a situation from all these angles, specifically with mental well-being and personal progress in mind. While my main area of interest is coaching for work- and career-related issues, I also offer general life coaching for other issues.
If you're interested in finding out more, why not take a look at my website? Please also feel free email or call me and we can set up a complimentary, no-obligation discovery call. During that call we can get to know each other, you can tell me about yourself and what you'd like to achieve, and we'll have a brief coaching session to see how you could get started.

Coaching is a process that requires some time before you see results because you will need to take action in between sessions first. This is why I offer different coaching packages over the course of a few months. The per-session price varies depending on the length of the coaching package and your preferred duration for each session. Please feel free to book your complimentary discovery call to see what might suit you best.
I also offer one-off DISC profiling, which includes a communication and behaviour assessment and a debrief session to go over your results.
Evenings and out-of-hours sessions can be arranged on an individual basis, please get in touch to check availability.
