In my work with coaching clients I draw on my experience as both a Psychologist and therapist, and as a leader of large international teams in corporate settings. As a result of my experience in these areas I offer a unique perspective because I can look at a situation from all these angles, specifically with mental well-being and personal progress in mind. While my main area of interest is coaching for work- and career-related issues, I also offer general life coaching for other issues.

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Coaching is a process that requires some time before you see results because you will need to take action in between sessions first. This is why I offer different coaching packages over the course of a few months. The per-session price varies depending on the length of the coaching package and your preferred duration for each session. Please feel free to book your complimentary discovery call to see what might suit you best.
I also offer one-off DISC profiling, which includes a communication and behaviour assessment and a debrief session to go over your results.
Evenings and out-of-hours sessions can be arranged on an individual basis, please get in touch to check availability.
