About me
I am a Personal and Business Coach with a proven track record of advancing change in a variety of circumstances and settings. I bring thousands of hours of experience from my therapeutic practise with several years of experience in Systemic Counselling.
You will experience coaching that provides an approach which invites a person, team or business to think, experience and narrate their world in a more holistic, interdependent, collaborative and creative way.

I have coached in a volunteer setting and my practise is underpinned by a therapeutic background of co-creating an conversation that led to useful and sometimes significantly beneficial changes. I have worked with a wide variety of people, including executives, academics, administrators, scientist, retailers and creatives. I bring a wealth of experience from my therapeutic practise and I am trauma informed.
