With over 5 years of experience and supported by thousands of hours of counselling, I have supported a diverse range of clients—from executives and entrepreneurs to academics and career changers. My goal is to help you cut through the noise of complexity and find clear, actionable paths forward.

- BSc Systemic Counselling. The Family Institute, University of South Wales (2013-2016)
- MA in Critical & Cultural Theory. Cardiff University (2008-2009)
I have coached in a volunteer setting and my practise is underpinned by a therapeutic background of co-creating an conversation that led to useful and sometimes significantly beneficial changes.
I have worked with a wide variety of people, including executives, academics, administrators, scientist, retailers and creatives. I bring a wealth of experience from my therapeutic practise and I am trauma informed.
