About me

I work with emerging leaders. I help them to discover their leader within, to connect with their vision and values, to expand their emotional, social and cognitive intelligence, and to improve their leadership, resilience and efficiency.

My core strengths are my intuition and empathy. I am highly skilled at bringing about a deeper level of awareness in clients, connecting with their warrior within, and empowering them to lead with purpose, integrity, and compassion. I am skilled at holding the space and surfacing the invisibles. I’m passionate about living my truth and finding truth in others. Courage and authenticity are at the heart of my coaching.

I bring a holistic approach to my coaching, focusing on the whole person. I will work to synchronise the mind and the body, to expand somatic and emotional awareness, and quieten the inner critic. I offer a 6 week mental fitness programme to build your positive intelligence, so that authenticity and courage become conscious choices.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, trained by CTI. CTI is the largest and oldest in-person coach training school in the world. I have completed 200 hours of ICF-accredited training hours, and worked with over 200 coaching clients.

I have been a Co-active coach for the past 4 years. Prior to this I was head of training and development for my previous employer. Co-active coaching bears a clear linkage to the humanistic field of psychology, as well as influences from Gestalt psychology and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

As well as running my own practice, I also work as a Sanctus coach, coaching on mental health and wellbeing for start up companies.

I work with Hire a Hero, supporting ex services personnel in their transition to civilian life.

I also hold an accredited certificate in coaching with trauma.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.
