About me

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. It is my passion to help people to unlock their potential, and become the best versions of themselves.

I specialise in working with people that seek out balance, fulfilment and resilience in their lives, and this will often involve radical change from where they are now to where they want to be.

My core strengths are my humility and playfulness. I am highly skilled at bringing about a deeper level of self awareness in clients, challenging old patterns of behaviour, connecting with their authenticity, and empowering clients to make resonant choices that will transform their lives.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, trained by CTI. CTI is the largest and oldest in-person coach training school in the world. I have completed 200 hours of ICF-accredited training hours, and over 200 coaching clients.

I have been a Co-active coach for the past 3 years. Prior to this I was head of training and development for my previous employer. Co-active coaching bears a clear linkage to the humanistic field of psychology, as well as influences from Gestalt psychology and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

As well as running my own practice, I also work as a Sanctus coach, coaching on mental health and wellbeing for start up companies.

I work with Hire a Hero, supporting ex services personnel in their transition to civilian life.

I also hold an accredited certificate in coaching with trauma.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
