About me
Hi! I'm Kemi, an experienced counsellor and coach dedicated to supporting you on your journey to identify what comes next or identify what it is that needs to change and how you will achieve your goals. I have extensive experience working across a diverse range of clients from university leavers, career changers, or those seeking a fresh start at any stage in their life. I specialize in providing a warm, approachable and personalised one-on-one support, tailored to your unique needs and circumstances.
I deeply value the importance of getting to know you – your distinct ways of relating to the world. I take pride in creating an inclusive and accommodating environment, considering neurodivergent perspectives and lifestyle demands alike.
In my personalised coaching sessions, I work collaboratively with you to identify your strengths, core values, and aspirational goals. Together, we embark on a journey towards sustainable lifestyle changes that resonate with your vision is for what comes next.
Central to my approach is the creation of a safe and supportive space where I hope you feel empowered to explore your challenges, confront obstacles, and unearth your potential. Whether guiding you through mindfulness practices, offering nutritional guidance, facilitating fitness goals, providing stress management techniques, or accountability for goal achievements, I am committed to empowering you to thrive across all dimensions of your life.
So, let’s get you going on that journey - BOOK a free complimentary first 30-minute session (Contact via kemi@wellnesslink.co.uk ).
