Hello! My name is Keita Tedder, and I’m a Transformational Life Coach & Wellbeing Life Coach with a great passion for helping others. As a life coach, my role is to be present with you - offering a calm, safe, and supportive space where you can talk, reflect, and gently explore what's important to you.
I help those who want more purpose, direction, and enjoyment in their lives to explore what truly matters to them, what's realistic and works for them, and create a life that's more fulfilling, purposeful, and meaningful.
Life can feel busy and overwhelming at times, and it's easy to put ourselves at the bottom of the list. Together, we'll create the space for you to pause, prioritise yourself, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

Training, qualifications & experience
I spent 20 years as a receptionist in the wellness and hospitality industry, where I discovered my passion for human connection and the power of truly listening.
Wanting more purpose and depth in my own life, I trained & gained my qualification as an ACC Life Coach with Optimus Coaching Academy.
Having experienced times in my own life of feeling stuck and lost in my career and personal life, I decided to work with a life coach myself, and I can honestly say that it was the best decision I ever made, having that gentle support towards redirecting my own life - it has led me to where I am today! I'm here and ready to help others who feel that way, too.

Additional information
I offer 3-month & 6-month bespoke coaching packages for those who feel stuck, lost, or disconnected from what brings them joy, and for those who want support rediscovering their direction and purpose.
I also offer one-off 60-minute clarity sessions - this is a one-off coaching session that provides a dedicated space to explore a challenge, gain clarity on a situation, or talk through something that’s been on your mind. This 60-minute session will also be useful if you're curious about coaching and would like to experience a session before committing to a longer package.
