About me

When you’re facing an important decision, stepping into leadership or feeling stuck despite your success, another piece of advice isn’t usually what’s needed. You need the space to think clearly, challenge your assumptions and move forward with confidence.

I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and IAPC&M Accredited Master Coach with over 2,000 coaching hours and more than 12 years of professional coaching experience. I work with professionals, executives, leaders and business owners across the UK and internationally, helping them gain clarity, strengthen their leadership and create meaningful, lasting change.

My coaching is built around three values: Belonging, Freedom and Uniqueness. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, every coaching programme is tailored to your goals, your challenges and the way you think best.

Clients typically come to me when they want to:
Make an important career or leadership decision
Build confidence and executive presence
Step successfully into a new leadership role
Navigate change or uncertainty
Stop overthinking and make clear decisions
Recover from burnout or regain balance
Create momentum and follow through on goals
Develop greater clarity, focus and accountability

My Coaching Style
Clients often describe my coaching as honest, challenging and practical.

I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions and support you in cutting through the noise so you can see situations differently and make better decisions. Rather than telling you what to do, I will create space for you to uncover the answers that already exist within you and turn insight into action.

Professional Experience
Alongside one-to-one coaching, I work with organisations delivering executive coaching, leadership development, facilitation and training.

My background spans education, corporate organisations, international charities and sport, giving me the experience of coaching people at every stage of their leadership journey, from emerging leaders to experienced executives.
