About me
Do you ever feel like you’re working harder than everyone else just to keep up?
Perhaps you’ve recently been diagnosed with ADHD, are exploring whether you may be neurodivergent, or you’ve spent years feeling like you should be able to manage things more easily than you do.
Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck or unsure of your next steps.
You’re not alone.
I’m Julie, an ADHD & Neurodiversity Coach, supporting adults to better understand themselves, recognise their strengths and develop practical strategies that work with their brain rather than against it.
Following my own late ADHD diagnosis, I understand the experience of finally having answers, making sense of past challenges, and discovering that the things you once saw as weaknesses can often be your greatest strengths.
Alongside my lived experience, I bring over 20 years’ experience in HR, learning and development, workplace wellbeing and coaching. This means I understand both the personal impact of neurodivergence and the challenges of navigating workplaces, careers and everyday life.
I support clients with:
- ADHD and late diagnosis
- exploring neurodivergence
- understanding strengths and working with your brain
- reducing overwhelm and preventing burnout
- confidence and self-belief
- managing energy, boundaries and wellbeing
- workplace challenges and career decisions
- creating sustainable habits and strategies
My coaching approach is warm, practical and strengths-based. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions. Together, we’ll explore what works for you, helping you build greater self-awareness, confidence and resilience.
Training, qualifications & experience
I believe great coaching comes from a combination of professional expertise, ongoing learning and lived experience.
I am an ILM Level 7 qualified Coach and Mentor, an EMCC UK member, a Strengthscope® Practitioner and a Mental Health First Aid England Instructor. I also specialise in resilience, workplace wellbeing and neurodiversity.
Alongside my coaching practice, I bring over 20 years’ experience in HR, learning and development and training across a range of sectors. This gives me a unique understanding of the challenges people experience at work, including confidence, career changes, stress, burnout and creating inclusive workplaces.
My own late ADHD diagnosis has also shaped my approach. I understand how powerful it can be to finally understand yourself and find strategies that work with your brain rather than against it.
Whether you’re navigating ADHD, exploring your neurodivergence, managing overwhelm or looking to create positive change, my coaching is tailored to you and your goals.

What my clients say...
"Having been recently diagnosed with ADHD, Julie helped me navigate the areas I found most challenging whilst also helping me recognise and nurture my strengths. Within the first session, I noticed a massive change in my attitude towards my diagnosis and began feeling much more optimistic. Julie's patience, kindness and empathy helped me understand myself better in an environment that felt completely safe and non-judgemental."
– G.G., Marketing Executive
"One of the most significant changes for me has been learning to spot overwhelm much sooner, rather than only recognising it once I'm already burnt out. The practical tools Julie shared have made a real difference – I feel more in control and less perpetually 'stuck'. I now understand myself much better, I'm kinder towards myself, and much more confident about moving forward."
– Siobhan, R&D Manager
