About me

YOUR STORY MATTERS. As a psychotherapist, I help people understand their story up to this point. However, coaching is about writing your next chapter. What would you like that to be? LET'S CREATE YOUR FUTURE TOGETHER.

Coaching can be applied to any area of your life. However, these are my particular areas of interest:

Employment

Do you hate your job? Are you working in a toxic environment? Are you being bullied or managed out? Coaching can help you to clarify your GOALS, help you to improve your COMMUNICATION and ASSERTIVENESS or explore ways for you to NEGOTIATE more effectively with your employer.

Disability/ADHD

Do you struggle at work due to a disability, long term health problem or neurodivergence? Would you like to return to the workplace after a period of long term sickness? Or are you an employer looking to support a member of staff with a disability or chronic illness? Coaching can help!

Weight loss

I established the "Ditch the Diet" programme many years ago incorporating cognitive behavioural coaching to help you lose weight and maintain that weight loss.

Mental Health and Addiction

Some talking therapies such as CBT and DBT are skills based in nature and can be adapted very easily into a coaching format. Coaching can help you to establish short and long term goals helping you to stay focused and less overwhelmed during a period of change.

Additional information

My fees are the same across all services.

Please note, I do not offer free initial sessions. Discovery calls are a sales pitch, they do not provide sufficient time for me to fully understand you or for us to develop a good working relationship.

Your first session will last 50-60 minutes so I can fully understand your issues and goals. It is not economically viable to offer this free of charge.

Full payment is required at time of booking.

Cancellation fees apply.

Corporate fees vary, please contact me for details.
