I am a highly qualified, experienced and empathetic business, life and career coach, working online, by phone & face to face with individuals, teams, organisations and business leaders who want to make changes in various areas of their professional and personal lives. For ten years I played key role and headed up the leadership team of a national wellbeing charity, driving change through telephone counselling, coaching, face to face development programmes and delivering workshops on leadership, staff engagement and managing stress, with an emphasis on people development based on coaching philosophy & principles.
My current clients include teachers, health professionals and aspiring and established leaders in the chartiy, private and public organisations, as well as international students at The Judge Business School at Cambridge University.
My approach is simple. I help you clarify a change of direction, work out what is needed in both personal and professional terms when you are facing difficult chocies or big decisions, or you are dealing with challenging situations in your life. I will guide and help you to determine the steps you need to take to achieve your goals and to resolve the issues you face. My clients often say the coaching they have received from me has been transformative.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a member of the Association For Coaching. I trained and graduated in coaching after studying a variety of coaching techinques on a one year, in-depth and fully supervised course with Meyler Campbell, accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Prior to this, I trained in leadership and Management at The Judge Business School at Cambridge University and The Leadership Trust. Before establishing my own coaching consultancy, I headed up a national wellbeing charity for ten years. I have also worked in commercial trading, the civil service, employment, education, training sector, in local authorities and youth & performing arts organisations.
Currently I work with individuals employed in a variety of roles in schools, hospitals, & charities as well as helping new talent to bond and develop strong teams in a range of businesses. I also deliver training and development workshops in leadership, customer service, negotiation, presentation, media and interviewing techniques. Clients have included Findacure, BP, Texaco, Marks and Spencer & Royal Sun Alliance. My expertise is in helping individuals and teams resolve relationship issues, deal with difficult conversations, plan career transitions, prepare for interviews and learning how to give interesting, effective & confident presentations & speeches etc. Clients also come to me to learn how to minimise stress and anxiety at work and at home.

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
Areas of coaching I deal with
Choosing a coach is an important decision. It marks your commitment to making positive changes in your life, your career or your business. For this reason, I offer a free thirty minute “chemistry session” for you can ask questions and we can negotiate a package that best meets your needs.
Online and telephone coaching sessions last between one and one and half hours via Zoom, Apple Facetime or Microsoft Teams. Face to face sessions are usually a minimum of two hours.
Single online and telephone sessions are offered at a fixed price, with discounts available for packages of four or more sessions. Face to face work is charged at a higher rate to reflect the additional cost and time involved in travelling.
Group coaching, training sessions and workshops are offered from £650 per day plus travel and overnight accommodation if it is required. Discounts are available for registered charities, voluntary groups, social enterprises and small businesses employing less than five people.
