I am currently training for my Coach Mastery Certificate (MCC) - Level Three with Full Circle Global.
I have completed my Reiki Level Two and am practicing.
I have added Team Coaching to my portfolio and am currently expanding my experience in delivery with a number of teams.
I have a Diploma in Theatre Performance and am an experienced breathwork practitioner. I have worked extensively over 30 years with individuals and groups developing self-confidence and self-awareness.
