I'm a former internal coach at Deloitte and I've been supporting people like you navigate complex leadership and career decisions for over a decade. Before that, I was an IT and Internal Auditor for Deloitte in NZ and Pearson in the UK.
I coach professionals who want a thoughtful space to step back, think clearly and make confident decisions about their leadership and careers. They want to be challenged to face their assumptions and tackle their resistance.

Training, qualifications & experience
Professional Qualifications:
- Accredited Practitioner Coach through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council
- MSc Organisational Behaviour, Birkbeck
- Former IS Auditor, CISA (ISACA) and Internal Audior, CIA (IIA)
Experience:
1000+ hours of coaching experience with people ranging from new line managers to executive level and across industries such as professional services, law, technology and finance.
I was also an IT and internal auditor for 6 years with Deloitte in New Zealand and Pearson in the UK.
Member organisations
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Each session is £85 for up to 60 minutes and the first session is completely free so we can check that we are the right fit for each other.
