Professional Coach for Women with ADHD

About me

Do you know you’re capable of more, but something keeps getting in the way?

Maybe you’ve spent years wondering why things that seem easier for other people feel so difficult for you. Maybe you’ve found yourself stuck in cycles of procrastination, self-doubt, all-or-nothing thinking, and frustration; knowing you have potential, but struggling to trust yourself enough to move towards it.

For many women with ADHD, the struggle goes much deeper than forgetfulness or procrastination. It can feel like living life while looking at the world from behind glass - watching everyone else seem to move forward, function, and achieve, while wondering, “Why is it so hard for me?”

I know this feeling because I lived it too. I was diagnosed with ADHD in my mid-thirties, and for years I experienced the frustration of feeling like I should be able to do more, but somehow couldn’t consistently make it happen.

The experience of ADHD runs deep. It’s not just the missed appointments, unfinished projects, or difficulty following through. It’s the constant knocks to your confidence and self-esteem. It’s the feeling of “death by a thousand paper cuts”: small chips on your self-esteem over time until you start believing the narrative that maybe you’re lazy, unreliable, inconsistent, or too much.

Over time, I became fascinated by ADHD and the impact it has on the way we see ourselves. Through my own journey, my work supporting young people through personal development programmes with The Prince’s Trust, my years of developing workshops and my professional coaching training, I have dedicated myself to understanding the ADHD brain and creating a kinder, more supportive way of moving through life.

My coaching is for women with ADHD who are ready to stop fighting themselves and start building trust, confidence, and a life that feels good to live. Together, we explore what has been keeping you stuck, challenge the beliefs that have held you back, and create practical strategies that work with your unique brain - so you can move forward with more self-belief and self-compassion.

I trained as a professional coach with the International Coaching Academy (an ICF-accredited programme) and was awarded “highly competent at PCC level” at the end of my training year.

My sessions are held online, making coaching accessible internationally (time zones permitting, as I’m based in the UK). I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing, feel understood, and start creating meaningful change.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to chat and see if we’re a good fit. You’re welcome to email me or book a free discovery call.

Wishing you all the best on your journey,
