About me
I am a qualified life coach with a passion for helping people create meaningful and lasting change. My approach is built on compassion, authenticity, and the belief that everyone can move forward, regardless of where they are starting from.
I offer personalised one-to-one life coaching for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change. In a compassionate, non-judgemental environment, I help clients build confidence, gain clarity, overcome limiting beliefs, and create positive, lasting change. Together, we focus on personal growth across all areas of life, recognising the impact that difficult experiences can have while empowering clients to move forward with resilience, purpose, and confidence.
Alongside my coaching practice, I volunteer with the Samaritans, supporting the development of Listener schemes within prisons. This experience has strengthened my understanding of empathy, active listening, resilience, and the power of genuine human connection. It has reinforced my belief that people should never be defined by their past or the challenges they have faced, but by the possibilities that lie ahead.
